A cleaning fee of €110 is payable in cash on arrival to the property manager. A refundable security deposit of €300 is also required in cash on arrival — this is returned in full on departure once the property has been checked.

Check-in is between 15:00 and 20:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance. Check-out is by 10:00.

Cancellations 60+ days before arrival: full refund minus processing fees. 30–59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. Full details are included in your booking confirmation.

Yes — children of all ages are welcome. There is a children's playground beside the villa and a shallow end in the pool. Books and DVDs for children are also provided. Please note the minimum check-in age for the lead guest is 21.

Unfortunately pets are not permitted at Villa Limon.
